Wimbledon

We were commissioned by Craft (McCann Erickson) to print headlines for this series of graphics, displayed at Wimbledon tennis championships 2019.

News headlines and collages of archive imagery draw attention to the parallels between important cultural and sporting events during the tournament’s history. Our historic wooden and metal type, printed with the requested ‘distressed’ look, is used to evoke aged newspapers.
